By creating an account or using the Ascenden website or mobile application, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Ascenden.
User Accounts

Acceptable Use
Ascenden is a gaming community platform. You agree not to use the service to:

Community Moderation

Service Availability
We work to keep Ascenden available and reliable, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, outages, or issues outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of Liability
Ascenden is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ascenden and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of Ascenden after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
